Because of absorbing the high precision cylindrical grinder technology, 1332U2 has good advantages of high precision, high rigidity, advanced structure and attractive appearance.
This series come into favor after launching process.
Grind both inside and outside of cylinder surface and cone; greatly fit for single and small mass production in workshops.
Wheel head is our proprietary technology, in high swiveling precision, reliable rigidity and good roughness.
The material adopts 38CrMOALA after nitrogen treatment with rigidity up to HV900 at least, which can ensure a good precision and long service life.
Work head spindle also adopts our proprietary technology and has high accuracy and rigidity.
Surface roundness is obviously over the requirement of national standard.
Slideway is covered by plastic to reduce friction, raise shockproof capacity, and keep reliable grinding accuracy.
Hydraulic system adopts triple screw pump to reduce pulsation, keep stable running, low down noises and increase service life.
Operating system is proprietary technology: It has realized the centralized operation of S16YT009 controlling box with monolayer; the highly centralized electric control buttons is easy to operate.
Longitudinal judder grinding function of worktable can be satisfied as per special needs (60 times/min).
