Features:

5150B Gear Shaping Machines are suitable for roughing and finishing internal and external spur gears, especially for duplex and nest spur gears. This machine is suitable not only for mass production in the industries of automobile, tractor and aviation, but also for single piece and small batch production in machine building industry.

A column feed is adopted for radial feed, rapid approach and return. The primary motion and circular motion adopts an AC alternating-current frequency conversion, for stepless speed changing. The speed of this machine can be automatically changed during the changeover from roughing to finish cutting.

The number of times of circulation, radial feed and cutting depth can be preselected. In addition, the machine is equipped with offset cutter relieving, and mechanisms for cutter stopping at its upper position automatically, for fewer-toothed gear cutting and for manually rotating of cutter. A mechanism for automatically clamping workpiece can be provided according to the needs of customer.
