Features :
This machine is a CNC Gear Shaper designed mainly for the production of gears used in automobile, tractor, construction machinery, metallurgical machinery, machine tool, aircraft and textile industries, etc. It is suitable for the jobbing and batch productions and for the mass production as well.
This machine is designed as a CNC three axes simultaneous control machine, with SIEMENS control system, for the precision control of Rotary Feed, Radial Feed and Index of gear to be cut. It is with high reproducibility and CNC programmable control system. A frequency variable speed is adopted for the main movement of cutter stroke and the cutter will be stopped at the up position automatically after finishing the operation of work.
This machine is suitable for cutting internal spur gears, external spur gears and cluster gear. And it is specially more easy to cut gears with angle modifications. When changing the guideway of workhead, helical gears may also be machined. When the worktable is rebuilt or a special fixture is added, rack can be accommondated. Tapered gears will be machined while a tilt worktable is equipped. As using a special cutter, gear clutches and splines can be produced. When a disk type cutter without teeth is used, the plate cams can be manufactured. The colume may be increased as per the requirement of customer.

Main Performance and Structural Characteristics:
1). 5180A1 CNC CNC Gear Shaper is longitudinally arranged with oscillated cutter relieving, and the radial feed of the worktable is made on three rectangular guide ways. Better rigidity is structure and driving can be ensured for the machine bed, the column, the cutter head and the table.
2). It is a CNC machine with three axes being controlled simultaneously for the cutter spindle rotation, the worktable rotation and the radial movement of the worktable.
3). The main movement of the machine is driven by a frequency variable motor, and stepless speed regulation and automatic changeover can be made.
4). The cutter spindle can stop automatically at the up position.
5). A new-type relieving mechanism is adopted, and an accurate, stable and low noise cutter relieving motion can be attained.
6). A safety enclosure, which has an excellent visibility for the operating conditions and is easy to be operated, is equipped on the machine to prevent oil splash, and an auto chip conveyor is mounted on the machine.
7). Timed and quantitative lubrication is adopted for the parts of machine.
