6450 Hob Sharpening Machine is designed for manufacturing and shaping all kinds of straight and spiral fluted hobs
Optimized construction can guarantee accuracy and reliable performance indexing motion is driving by hydraulic motor, gear and rack, ratchet and spiral movement is controlled by sine bar either deep grinding with CBN grinding wheels or single flute grinding wheels are freely selectable.
Profile wheel dressing device can automatic dress wheel to reduce wheel setup time and increase production efficiency.
Hob can be ground to such a high degree of accuracy that tolerance of hob quality AA (to DIN3968) can be maintained reliably fully enclosed grinding area keeps the coolant and noise inside.
