7132F2 CNC Surface Grinding Machine is mainly used for precision grinding, featuring high grinding accuracy and surface finish.
Grinding area: from 200X630 mm to 500X1600 mm
Spindle drive: 2.4/4.5/7.5kW
Distance from table to spindle centerline: 445mm to 700mm

The table is driven to move longitudinally by a vane type oil pump with variable delivery and a closed hydraulic system, ensuring small temperature rise in the oil tank.
The table is driven to move on roller guideways for cross feed by a miniature DC motor of stepless speed variation. Hence, micro intermittent cross feed and fine continuous cross movement of the table is achievable.
The throttle-hole type hydrostatical bearings of fine rigidity and high rotating accuracy are adopted for the wheel spindle. So high surface finish for the grinding surface is expectable.
The vertical feed can carry out micro feed, easy to operate.
Magnetism of the electro-magnetic chuck can be regulated. The function of automatic demagnetization makes it easy to fix and remove the working pieces.
