EMQ40A Injector Tester

Introduction:

1. Versatile jig design can satisfy different injector with different fuel supply angle.

2. Pneumatic fast auto fixing is easy to fit and remove injector’s for testing

3. The tester can test the opening pressure and show the result on LED separately. Leakage test can test the Nozzle holder assy eligibility automatically by setting parameters (99 parameters can be preset here).

4. Inside-installed Oil Spray Separator automatically clear up the oil spray meanwhile spray test, the separated oil return to oil tank, which is energy-saving and environmental friendly. Meanwhile it adopts noiseproof design, all the noise is absorbed by inside acoustic suction, liberating the operator from a noisy testing workplace.

5. Fuel supply pump driving motor has frequency-control and you can regulate the test speed.
