The Model X3132CNC is CNC High-Production Gear Hobbing Machines with the following 4 axes working under the CNC control

: Radial feed axis (X-axis), axial feed axis (Z-axis), hob spindle running axis (B-axis) and worktable running axis (C-axis).

The main drive to the hob spindle is transmitted from an AC main drive motor (mounted on the hob head)

via 3 high-precision cylindrical gear pairs.

The main drive motor has a power of 11KW or 15KW enough to undertake great cutting force.

A multi-start hob can be used on the machine to make heavy cut.

The major guideway pair is composed of wide rectangular guideways and Teflon-coated slideways.

The ballscrews are rigid in transmission, great in actuating capacity and high in linear movement accuracy.

The counter-balance cylinder on the column is coaxial with the ballscrew, thus making it possible for

the hob head slide to move up and down in better balance.

As a standard collocation, the machine is equipped with a Fanuc Oi+EGB control system and

a communication interface RS232C for connection with a personal computer.

These machines are designed for cutting cylindrical gears, helical gears, short spline shafts, sprockets and wormwheels.

These machines are also capable of cutting various little tapered teeth gears, crowned teeth gears and gears with special tooth profiles.

These machines are well-suited for batch and mass production of gears in the heavy-duty automobile, construction
