XKA-2125 CNC Plano Milling and Boring Machines
Product Introduction:
Overall distribution is as follows: beam and moveable table. High rigidity beam is fixed a certain distance from table surface. On the beam, saddle takes horrid. Motion along beam guide way, i.e. axis; on the saddle, ram type milling and boring head take vert. control simultaneously are available through CNC system.
The machine is basic processing equipment centralizes advance mechanical, electric, and liquid technology. It is used in rough and fine processing of large ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal. It is widely used in all kinds of machine manufacture industries, such as machine tools, engineering, steam turbines engine and vehicle, electrical mechanical patterns, mine and metallurgy and heavy machines.
According to users’ classic work piece process, when ram type milling head can be combined with kinds of milling head, five surface of work piece could be finished through milling, boring, drilling ,reaming and tapping, also bevel hole., two or three dim hood face machining and holes and plane in element model cavity.
