Characteristic:

   YQ-32 series hydraulic machine with 4 poles is suitable for pressing of plastic materials, such as punching, bending, flanging of plate,stretching of sheet metal, etc. In addition, it may also be used forcalibration, press-in, forming of powder products and press forming of non-metal materials.
   The machine has the relay control system and the PLC electric control system, adjustment, manual and semi-automatic operation modes. It can realize the two process modes of constant pressure and constant stroke. During forming at constant pressure, the machine has pressure keeping and time delay, and automatic backstroke actions after pressing. An ejecting device is installed in a bench. Besides ejecting of products, the ejecting device may be used as a hydraulic pad in the forming process for back stretching products. Its work pressure and stroke may be adjusted in the specificed range according to the needs of the process.
